Our Properties

The Historic Oddfellows Building at 725 Main Street is our premier property in Woodland, California. Built in 1905, it also has the distinction of being the first prominent building in Woodland's downtown to use the Mission Revival style, moving away from the more prevalent Victorian style buildings of the day. From its' roots as a business college and store, to housing the local phone company and even the Yolo County traffic court for a time, the building is currently home to a variety of diverse businesses. In 1982, the Woodland I.O.O.F. Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

Our building houses the physical addresses of 721, 723, 725, & 729 Main Street. Featuring Bella Bean Coffeehouse & Eatery as the anchor tenant, we are also home to a very good computer repair/services/web design business (MyBrotherSteve.com), a commercial network services company (TEAL), a hair salon, catering company, financial services, legal offices, a photographer, accountants, a construction company, a driving school, custom shirt printing, and (coming soon) a tattoo shop, among others. The new Yolo County Courthouse is only two blocks away. The Sacramento International Airport is only 10.8 miles away. Over a dozen restaurants, the Woodland Opera House, a craft brewery and tap room, a print shop, a rental car agency, and an intimate wine bar are all within 3 blocks from here. The main Woodland U.S. Post Office, with ample parking, is right behind our building.

One big advantage of note for our building, is the fiber data lines coming into our building. Through a local provider, ultra high speed internet is available, which is many, many times faster than getting internet from the phone company, for a roughly comparable price.*  More information is available. About Us

Throughout the years of its' history, the Oddfellows Building Woodland has had a variety of owners, all bringing a unique character to the property, and helping to move it forward into the future. In 2018, Woodland Main St. First Mortgage Investors LP was born in "The City of Trees" in Woodland, CA to continue operating the Historic Oddfellows Building. The friendly, down home atmosphere of this up and coming area makes for a great place to have a growing business.
